Outpouring Evangelistic Services 2026
Our heart as a church is simple: we want to embrace people with God's love, equip them in their faith, and evangelise by sharing the good news with our local community. As we continue to live out this mission, we warmly welcome you to the 2026 Outpouring Evangelistic Services.
We want to personally invite you, your whānau, and your friends to come and be part of this special weekend. Whether you have spent your whole life in church, or you are just starting to ask questions and want to know and experience Jesus for yourself, there is a seat saved for you here. You don't need to have everything figured out, and you don't need to dress or act a certain way, just come exactly as you are.
We truly believe these services are going to be a powerful and life-changing experience. It isn't just about showing up to another event; it's about connecting with God in a real, personal way and stepping into the hope, peace, and freedom He offers.

Rev. Steve Kebasen
Pastor Steve Kebasen is the lead pastor of the International Apostolic Church of Thailand (IACT), a congregation affiliated with the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI).
Ministry & Background
Having family roots converted in the Philippines, Brother Steve Kebasen and his wife, Sis. Annie (Anna) Kebasen, stepped into leadership in Bangkok in 2009. In March 2009, working alongside missionaries, they helped launch IACT’s inaugural worship service with just a handful of attendees. Under their leadership, the congregation quickly outgrew its initial meeting space on a hotel rooftop in Sukhumvit and relocated to the Thammasat Association Hall in Sathon, Bangkok.
Current Work & Vision
Today, Pastor Steve and Sister Annie oversee IACT’s main fellowship in Bangkok along with several daughter churches, preaching points, and community Life Class groups across different provinces in Thailand. His ministry focuses on evangelism, discipleship, regional outreach and multicultural community.

What is the purpose of this event?
The Outpouring Evangelistic Services are designed to be a dedicated time to encounter God’s presence. Our goal is simple: to create a space where people can experience Jesus, find hope and freedom, and be equipped in their faith. It’s a time of passionate worship, biblical teaching, and genuine community.
Who can come?
Absolutely everyone! Whether you have attended church your entire life or you have never stepped foot inside one, you are so welcome here. Please feel free to bring your whānau, friends, and anyone else who might be looking for hope or community.
How do I get to the event?
By Car: The event will be held at Drury Hall—10 Tui Street, Drury.
By Public Transport:
Take the train to Papakura Station. From there:
Catch Bus 376 to Drury (about 8 minutes)
Get off at 222 Great South Road
Walk about 3 minutes to Drury Hall (10 Tui Street, Drury)
Alternatively, you can organise a pickup with us or take a taxi or rideshare from the station.

Is there parking available?
Yes! There is plenty of parking space at the venue. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to easily find a spot and grab a good seat before the service begins.
Is the hall accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the hall has disability access, including accessible entrances and facilities. If you need any specific assistance or have special requirements, please feel free to reach out to us ahead of time—our greeting team will be ready and happy to help you when you arrive.
What should I wear to the event?
We recommend wearing something warm and comfortable. The weather may be cool, but the hall is heated, so you’ll stay cosy indoors.
Will there be food or refreshments?
Yes! We believe that good fellowship often happens around food. We will be serving some light refreshments after the service, so please stick around—we would love the chance to chat and get to know you better.
